BBR Staff Writer Published 16 January 2012

London-based private wealth management firm, MASECO Private Wealth has appointed Maria Chapman as head of Business Development and Cormac Naughten as head of MASECO Institutional in a bid to bolster its business and continue serving US residents.

Prior to his new appointment, Chapman was on the ECU Group's board of directors and served as the head of Private Banking Relationships to develop and maintain the company's currency lending and asset management banking relationships.

Chapman also worked as senior business development with Kleinwort Benson, Bank Boston and The Boston Safe Deposit and Trust Company.

Naughten served as The ECU Group head of Private Client Sales and Marketing and will now work with advisers and intermediaries to further develop and extend MASECO's offering to customers.

In addition to his previous roles at ECU, Naughten also worked as a foreign exchange broker in London and Switzerland.
